[NPOC-EC] Updated strategic plan FY25

Good morning/afternoon/evening...
 I am sharing the link for the updated strategic plan to FY25.. please make your comments by Saturday July 20th. 
We will need to send it to GSE to be approved and I'd like to have it approved before August to be able to make a CROP call for candidates to to have one of our AP members in IST with us.
