After further discussion with the team, due to low participation in the survey likely due to the timing of the summer holiday season in the northern hemisphere, we decided to extend the survey deadline to 15 October.

We appreciate your continued support on this topic and hope this extra time provides the time needed to allow for increased participation.

Dear Manal and GAC members,


This is a follow up to my previous email<https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/odp-ssad/2021-July/000014.html> from 15 July with regards to the System for Standardized Access/Disclosure (SSAD) Operational Design Phase (ODP) survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ssadodpgac> for GAC members. The deadline to participate in the survey is 17 September 2021.


If you haven’t done so already, we respectfully request responses on any or all of the questions in the survey, as well as any further input the GAC deems relevant to the accreditation of governmental entities and requests for disclosure of nonpublic registration data by governmental entities. Your participation will greatly help  ICANN org’s assessment work for the SSAD ODP.


As previously noted, individual survey submissions by GAC members and observers will not be published. They will however be aggregated and used in the SSAD Operational Design Assessment (ODA) document which will summarize the SSAD ODP findings and be presented to the ICANN Board. More information on the SSAD ODP is available at https://www.icann.org/ssadodp.
