Before the letters were sent, the GNSO would assign all 7 delegates to its different constituencies but then the nomcom review public comment was changed to how it was before with the Business constituency getting 2 slots and one going to ncuc and none to NPOC. Also the NCUC slot should really be given to the NCSG. As I mentioned in the public comment I wrote having the GNSO distribute the 7 slots would allow all 7 constituencies to get a chance to have the CSG, NCSG and the Registries a chance to decide who can get a slot, but this current way is just not fair.
