"How are we going to attach my objection?  My view is pretty clear here:  the EWG was not a standard MS procedure, the RDS group has provent a failure, and we now have a Board initiated expedited policy being imposed.  This makes ICANN’s handling of one of its biggest, if not the biggest, policy debates less than stellar to say the least.  I don’t believe this to be the fault of the GNSO although others appear to differ on that view.  I can develop a comment of about two pages if that is acceptable."
