Call the FCN emergency line. They are very helpful. Tell them about the alrernate routing.

Presuming you still have AA status, try to get themto put you on the other alliance flight. I have had them do that more than once recently.

So I'm delayed out of KIN and would have missed the MIA/ LHR/BRU sectors.

I got rerouted via MAD to BRU, arr. Monday 10th Dec at 2:10pm. This means I miss the entire Day One happenings.

Will proceed to MIA tonight, arr. 11pm.

There's an alternative but not in the AA Oneworld Alliance.

A morning Aer Lingus flight to Dublin with a connection could get me into BRU at about 10p local Sunday night. Cheap bastards want $1800 for that and won't spring for it under protest! 😏😏

Would appreciate the hotel be advised of the delayed arrival.
