Hi Jackie;
A small clarification referencing the Rec#2: Single WHOIS Policy.

The reference in the first portion on numbering was not intended to be
specific to the Rec #2 but rather to the overall numbering schema of this
RT's recommendations.

My recollection was this would be addressed by specifically referencing and
detailing the reuse of numbering schema from the previous RT's report.

Secondly, I can confirm the next reference to Rec#2. In responding to a
mild criticism in one response essentialky disagreeing that the website
with hyperlinks did not in fact constitute a single policy document.
Yourself and Alan would write a couple sentences in the ES to frame and
project an abbreviated history of the WHOIS Policy development so that
could be contextualized.

Best,
- Carlton
