Dear Bruce:  Thanks for bringing up this point.  I have raised it during a 
couple of teleconferences on  .org migration to EPP.

We started collecting the additional fields some months ago as we could see 
the handwriting on the walls.  However, many of our Japanese registrants 
are reluctant to provide *any* additional data an rankle a bit at what is 
presently required.
