[registrars] Pardon the posting on the list

I need to add a member from my company to the registrars mailing list. I
was wondering how I can do that. Normally mails from mailing list have a
footer with subscription/unsubscription instructions. Our list
unfortunately does not. Can anyone guide me as to who/where should I go
to add a colleague to the registrars mailing list?
