As Rick knows, I challenged self nominations during the election for GNSO 
representatives.  The matter has not been resolved, has been put off till 
next year to discuss.

I therefore accept Joyce's nomination as *the* nomination for Rick Wesson. 
We need two endorsements, Joyce's posting does not include an endorsement.
