Thank you for the nominations Elana.

 

I accept both nominations. I have been an active contributor and advocate
for registrars' interests regarding Whois issues. It is important that we
consider varying local requirements regarding collection, dissemination, and
correctness of personal information. It is equally important that any
resultant policy maintain a level playing field for all registrars
regardless of their locale. I would appreciate the opportunity to represent
the constituency's views on these vital issues.

I am not in possession of any Registry Proprietary of Sensitive Information,
nor have I ever been. I am not an officer, director, consultant, or employee
of any other Member of this constituency or any other ICANN constituency or

I would also like to nominate Tim Ruiz for Accuracy and Data Collection and
Display.  I would also like to nominate Brian Cute for the Accuracy and Data
Collection task forces.  Either of them would do a great job.

 

I believe that we have a very good set of candidates here, and although the
Council has asked for only 1 rep to each, would hope that the eventual
choice of the constituency to any of these task forces would work very
closely with the other nominees on this list.
