[registrars] Task Force Nomination

Folks,

I would like to self-nominate for each of the three positions available.
My preference would be to serve on the Data Mining Task Force, but I
believe that I am qualified to serve the constituencies interests on any
of them. I also believe in providing choice in elections, hence my decision.

I don't have a position statement for this candidacy. The primary role
of a task force representative is to most carefully collect the views of
the constituency and ensure that they are reflected, as appropriately as
possible in the resultant policy recommendations. I am well familiar
with this policy development process, having repeatedly endured it in
the past, and believe that I am best suited to achieve the best outcome
for registrars of all sizes and business models regardless of geography
or technical capability.

I look forward to your support and working with each of you in this
endeavor.

My conflict of interest profile has not changed, however I provide it
here again for your perusal.
