To clear up some assumptions/confusion which as been generated based on the
fact that the law firm mentioned in this article (Newman & Newman) is
located in Seattle, and the fact they are declining to provide the names of
the registrars they are representing, and the fact that eNom is also located
near Seattle, and that eNom was involved in an earlier, different,
WLS-related lawsuit against ICANN, I want to state that eNom is not involved
in this threatened legal action.
