The question relates to what registrars are currently doing, not what 
they might expect to do in the future or what others might expect them 
to do in the future.

To your specific question, the TF has had no conversations that discuss 
any types of verification tools (at least official ones that I'm aware 
of...) - the task force is barely organized at this point and we are 
just starting our work.
