Some information that may be useful to your constituency members planning to
attend the ICANN Rome meetings.

ACCOMMODATION:
Regarding hotel availability, it is suggested that  people without
accommodation at the meeting venue, go to the Crowne Plaza or the Jolly
Midas Hotels.

Reservations at the Jolly Midas Hotel can be made by sending the form
available at URL

INTERNET ACCESS:
Regarding, Internet access within the meeting venue, there is a wireless
connection in the common areas of the hotel, including the meeting centre.
In the bedrooms, there is  standard Internet access via telephone. In this
case, the expenses of the connection will be up to each room bill.

TRANSPORT:
The local organizers are quite confident that they will organise shuttle
buses between these hotels and the meeting venue.

There is a regular shuttle bus that runs from the meeting venue to downtown
Rome
until midnight.

There will be no ICANN transport from/to the airport, this will be at each
delegate's expense. Approximate
fare is 25/30 euro per trip, depending on the traffic conditions.
