Tim,

I will review the letters sent to the DOC and ICANN today. If they are
what I think they are, I will be drafting a supporting letter, at least
to the DOC. In view of the ICANN vote on the WLS, I'm more inclined to
contribute to the costs of an Amicus brief than to ICANN's direct legal
defense. Comments and suggestions are always welcome.
