[registrars] New STLD dates for public comment

Dear Registrars,

Can anyone confirm to me the dates fixed for the "public comments" to the new TLD RPF part b?
Whitin the ICANN site remains published the dates 19-30 march 2004, but I hear in Rome diferents dates for that phase (1-30 April?)
