Hello All,

The registrars Executive committee consists of the following people:
- Elana Broitman (Chair)
- Rick Wesson (Vice Chair, and CTO)
- Donna McGehee (Treasurer)
- Robert F. Connelly (Secretary)

Most of the Executive Committee took up their 1 year position at the
conclusion of the last election (around 17 June 2003). Donna McGehee
took up the treasurer's position on 29 March 2004, after the previous
treasurer resigned mid-term. It is therefore appropriate to begin the
election process again for 2004, for the positions Chair, Vice
chair/CTO, Secretary.

The term of office is one year. An Elected Officer may only serve three
consecutive terms for the same position.

The duties are described in the constituency bylaws at:
http://www.icann-registrars.org/docs/gnso-rc-bylaws.doc

Relevant sections of the bylaws are included below.

I recommend that constituency members consider nominating candidates as
soon as possible. The election procedure is described in:
http://www.icann-registrars.org/docs/rules%20of%20procedure.doc

Regards,
Bruce Tonkin
