[registrars] Conf call today?

NO

no one is locked out of the call for reasons of payment.  But, coming up, we will be assessing dues for constituency membership, as we have in the past.  Donna, our new treasurer, is preparing the budget and dues proposal.

Can you clarify one more thing for me?

This call is restricted only to PAID MEMBERS of the constituency? Or is open
to any REGISTRAR who may not be a paid member of the constituency either.
Since there will be no formal vote on this call, logically the call should
be open to ANY ACCREDITED Registrar right? Or any Registrar who is on the
constituency list.

Infact your earlier mail states - "registrars at dnso.org list has many
non-registrar participants, such as registries, IPC members.  It is
difficult to prevent non-registrars from joining a call" ..... This means
any Registrar can participate in the call. Which I believe is the purpose

Am I right?
