Dear Members:

I've set up for a teleconference for the meetings in Cape Town.  With the 
introduction of the special WSIS meeting, timing is uncertain.  I'll write 
to you when the time is actually set.

The dial in number will be 1.831.600.1000.

I've set it up for only 15 connections -- they've ragged me about a bit for 
bad (high) estimates in the past.  I'd like to hear from those who think 
they will sign on so I can increase the number of connections if needed.

I'll keep you informed as things progress.
