Interesting. Not sure how this effects credit
at the registry (could be mid to high 6 figures)
but I would imagine missing deleting 20,000 names because
of a network outage or some other mishap (fire, denial
of service, terrorist, etc.)
and then being liable for charges of 
say, $120,000 to $240,000 for each
day you missed deleting names.
