[registrars] Closed teleconferences

Dear Members:  Please don't be confused by the cancellations of some of our 
teleconferences.

There will be a morning session in Mar del Plata which is closed to others 
than ICANN Accredited Registrars.  The same is true of the late afternoon 
closed session.  Some phone numbers have also been changed.

The new "Participant Access Codes" will be sent only to voting members, 
using the Boardrooms.org list.

There will be two closed and one open session on Monday, 4 April.

There will be two open sessions on 5 April.
