[registrars] Advisory: Revised Amendment to the Registry-Registrar Agreement

Hi all,

Verisign has sent this modified amendment - which I presume everyone has
got. This looks better than the earlier one. However section 6.1(a) still
sounds a little different.

Can someone give their opinion on this? John Berryhill - could you take a
look at this and comment on it
