Thanks Bob - here is the formal resolution. I hope that it fits the
constraints of the voting tool :)

Be it resolved that the Registrar Constituency of the GNSO officially
supports the August 18th revisions of the .net RRA as discussed with the
ICANN staff. Be it further resolved that the constituency recognizes
this document as the official consensus of the constituency. Be it
further resolved that the task force shall continue its work with ICANN
and Verisign to resolve this important matter and do so with the
continued support and endorsement of the Registrar Constituency.
