[registrars] Regarding hotel bookings for ICANN meeting in Mar Del Plata, Argentina

Hello All,

I have been advised that rooms in hotels close to the meeting location
for the ICANN Mar Del Plata meeting are getting close to sold out.  It
is obviously a popular place.

Anyone contemplating attending should secure a booking (note: it is
usually easier to cancel a hotel booking say a week before the event if
you can't make it, then to make a booking a week before the event if you
can make it :-)).
