| wait at least four days before opening a ballot.

Tim's original motion has already received the endorsements it needed to
proceed with discussion and amendment. Tim has accepted all amendments
to the motion, including one of his own. We've now called for the
question/ballot on this motion which, as I understand the ROP, means
that we should be proceeding with a ballot of the motion as soon as is
practicable.
