Dear Clint:  Will you all be using the same incoming telephone line, e.g. 
speaker phone or extension phones?  Or will we need extra lines for your 
staff?  That's not a problem for us, we just need to estimate the 
needs.  I've reserved 30 lines.

We will be recording the session, also.
