Dear Members:

A successful test ballot has just been sent to all voting members.  It was 
mailed at 23:30 Pacific Time 21 June 2005  (6:30 GMT 22 June 2005).

If your firm's voting member does not receive a notice to vote, and if you 
are sure your firms 2004 dues have been paid, please advise me and I'll 
investigate.

FYI there are 42 voting members at this moment.
