[registrars] New .NET RRA

Hi all,

I just received new .net RRAs from VeriSign for signature and the cover
letter indicates that the agreements will take effect November 14, 2005.
What was the outcome of the ICANN/VeriSign "renegotiation"?  I know it was
still on the board agenda recently. Is this the final agreement?  Is
everyone signing it?  I note most of the changes the working group proposed
are not incorporated in the version I received, particularly the price cap
and equitable treatment provisions.
