Dear Members:  I take great pleasure in nominating Bruce Tonkin and Ross 
Rader to be re-elected to their present positions.

I am constantly amazed (and gratified) when I see the depth and quality of 
the projects that Bruce and Ross carry forward in our behalf.  I cannot 
think of any other persons as highly qualified as they are for these 
important responsibilities.
