Registrars can clear their dues by following the steps mentioned below.
 
1. Go to  <http://www.icannregistrars.org> www.icannregistrars.org
 
2. Login to your respective account  
 
3. Once you have logged into your account please click on the "renew
membership" button, which appears on the right side of your screen and
follow the instructions given. 
 
Please note that Registrars who fail to make their payment within 30
days will be switched from the status of a paid Registrar to an unpaid
one. In addition, we will like to bring to your notice that once the
Registrar status is changed to an unpaid one then he will require to pay
a joining fee of 500 USD plus the annual fee, to regain membership to
the Registrars Constituency.
 
I hope this clarifies the situation. Looking forward to receiving the
payment.
