FYI, I believe there are only about 8 hours left to submit comments to ICANN
regarding the revised proposed .COM agreement.  From ICANN's website:

"Comment period will close 20 February 2005, at 12:00 noon, UTC"

For those in the US, I believe that means 7:00 AM EST and 4:00 AM PST.
