[registrars] DROA mining data via our easywhois site

To clarify, DROA was never a Register.com reseller.  In fact we sued them a few years ago to stop the misleading solicitations.  We will be contacting them about this . . . .

I think that's because they had been resellers for all three at some point, and left for one reason or another. They may still have customers with registrations at one or more of those registrars. I'll have this run by our Legal in regards to Wild West Domains.

Their registration agreement seems to imply that they are a part of
Register.com, eNom, and Wild West domains.  Is there any truth to that?  Do
these other registrars even know DROA is making this statement in their
agreement?
