At the Marrakech meeting, ICANN is beginning the consultation process
for the 2007 - 2009 strategic plan. As part of its commitment to the
internationalisation of its processes, ICANN will be running sessions to
seek input to the planning process in French, Arabic, Spanish and
English.
These sessions will be hosted by the ICANN Regional Liaison from the
relevant region and so will present an opportunity not only to provide
input to the overall organisational planning process but also to raise
issues of specific regional interest with ICANN's representative in your
region. ICANN is very keen to receive input and we encourage your
participation in these sessions. The sessions will be held in Reda 2.
Times for the Sessions are now scheduled as follows (if you cannot make
one of these sessions, please leave information on how to contact you
and a time when you are available with the Help Desk staff and Patrick
Sharry will contact you).

The input from these sessions will be used to formulate a key priorities
document and draft Strategic Plan that will be presented in Marrakech.
Please plan to attend one of these sessions. If you are unable to
attend, there will be on-line opportunities to contribute to the
formulation of the draft plan. The sessions will be held in Reda 2.
