[registrars] CGLI for non-North American/European Registrar

Hello,

Does anyone have any recommendations for the ICANN required CGLI policy
for a Registrar not in a usual North American/European country (ie
Bahamas)?

Having some trouble finding an insurer who doesn't want to bundle in the
(expensive) E&O insurance as a package.
