[registrars] Invoices and upcoming ballot

Hello,

 

I filled out the online form to request an invoice so NameKing can pay dues
to join the constituency, and am mailing the check today.  Here is my vote .

Registrars:

 

I wanted to let you know that invoices will be sent out to all existing
Registrar Constituency members (those who paid last year).  As per our
approved budget, the invoice amount is $250 and covers the fiscal year July
1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.  If you don't want to wait for your invoice or if
you are not an existing paid up member, you can join/pay by going to the
following link:

The ballot for the Nominating Committee and the open GNSO seat will go out
next week.  Only existing members or new members who pay before the election
ends will be eligible to vote.  Reminder that affiliated registrars may join
the RC, but may only place one vote.
