[registrars] Report on IDN

Dear all,

 

I will be giving a long-distance presentation to the RC today regarding
the work of the ICANN President's Advisory Committee for IDNs. 

 

In general, I will be talking about the technical test of IDN that is
moving forward, about the next steps and about the major issues to be
resolved.
