Subject:	[registrars] Nomination Period Extension

I am extending the nomination period for the positions of Nominating
Committee Representative and GNSO Representative until Wednesday,
November 1st.  As of right now, Tom Keller has been nominated and
seconded fro the GNSO seat and no one has been nominated for the
Nominating Committee seat.  The additional time will permit folks to
think about the positions over the weekend and will give us more time to
finalize the voting list.
