[registrars] Setup a Wiki for Registrar constituency website?

hey all
 
was wondering if instead of setting up a plain html website we should setup
a Wiki using MediaWiki or Twiki, for the ICANN Registrars Constituency
website. It may result in greater amount of content and contribution
 
Both Twiki and Mediawiki support user authentication and granular
permissions.
