I never received a Call For Votes email.  Can it be sent to me again?

it is not authenticated in 10 days, it will be deleted.

and follow the instructions there.

to respond, with the result that the voting member does not receive 
any ballots.  That is why I have sent this and my prior Email to the 
general RC mailing list.

The "Calls for Votes" come from the following Email address:

	 registrar_vote at registrars.beach.net

Please take the necessary procedures so that mail from this Email 
address are acceptable by your spam filters.
