What I don't understand is that in this case, and cases like it, is  
why that original transfer isn't being reversed via the DRP that we  
set into the policy. If the transfer wasn't valid, and the DRP  
supports this, then the registry should be turning that name back to  
the original registrant. This won't stop people from suing if they  
don't like the outcome, but using the existing policy in the way it  
was intended should be a valid first stop for registrants and  
registrars.
