Dear all,
i noticed this issue also happening at other registrars too and yet they
did not offer any help rather than directing the original owner to the
new registrar.

an example of this as follows:
customer owns 5 domains at enom
domains gets transfered to directi/publicdomainregistry
hijacker keeps them for two weeks later without any change in DNS nor
listing them for sale
14 days later the hijacker changes dns and runs a new website on some of
those domains and disabled DNS for others

after contacting enom they said domains has been transfered out and we
can't help, the customer needs to contact the current registrar.

how the current registrar will identify that this person is the real
owner and return the domain to him like what Godaddy did for married.com ?
