On 9-February-2016, ICANN sent the attached RRA Amendment request to the RrSG. Per the RRA Amendment Procedure, ICANN has since approved the request.

Dear Michele,

As you are aware the RrSG comments provided on 28 February 2016 regarding the fTLD Registry Services, LLC request to amend its RRA for the .bank gTLD(s). ICANN forwarded the RrSG comments to the registry operator who has provided a written response. Attached to this message you will find fTLD Registry Services, LLC’s response along with its original cover letter and redlined RRA, the RrSG’s comments, and the document of support from EnCirca.

Per Section 4 of the RRA Amendment Procedure (https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/rra-amendment-procedure-25aug11-en.pdf), the RrSG has up to 15 days to review the proposed changes.

If the RrSG has additional concerns, please advise ICANN by responding to this message no later than 23:59UTC on 23 March 2016. If there is no response by this time, ICANN will assume there are no additional concerns and will continue processing the request. If the RrSG responds with concerns, ICANN will continue to the next step of the RRA Amendment Procedure which is to consult with the RrSG and the Registry Operator.
