Attached are comparison docs comparing the .Baby RRA with the RRA for each of our existing TLDs.

The .College, .Storage, .Seucurity, .Protection and .Theatre RRAs are our most recent RRAs and they are identical to the .Baby RRA except for contact info changes and font changes.

The .XYZ RRA our second oldest RRA and is identical to the .Baby RRA except for (a) the same font/address changes described above, (b) one paragraph that moved location within the RRA and (c) two premium pricing paragraphs that are moved out of the RRA into a separate pricing schedule for all of our subsequent RRAs.

The .Rent RRA is our oldest RRA and is identical to the .Baby RRA except for the same difference described above as well as a few other non-material changes were also made in all of our newer RRAs described above.

When the cover letter states that the agreement is "substantially similar" to the standard XYZ agreement, does that mean, exactly the same except the TLD is different? Or does that mean there are non-clerical differences between the standard xyz and .baby?

The Data Processing Addendum portion of the updated RRA appears to be the Temp Spec language, however, the Registry Operator has not attested to this via the required cover note. The Registry Operator has confirmed that they would like to submit all changes, including GDPR-related provisions, via the standard process. They understand that the requested updates are subject to the Registrar Stakeholders' Review and approval by ICANN.

Per the RRA Amendment Procedure, the RrSG has up to 21 days to review the proposed changes. If the registrars have concerns, please advise ICANN by responding to this message no later than 23:59 UTC on 04 February 2019. If there is no response by this time, ICANN will assume there are no concerns and will continue processing the request. If the RrSG responds with concerns, ICANN will continue to the next step of the RRA Amendment Procedure which is to consult with the RrSG and the Registry Operator.
