address company VeriSign Inc.<BR>on Thursday said it will sell most of its 

Network Solutions unit to Pivotal<BR>Private Equity for $100 million in cash and

businesses.<BR><BR>VeriSign will get $60 million in cash and a $40 million 

subordinated note<BR>and will retain a 15 percent stake in Network
