Dear Tom:  Verisign-grs, the registrY has completed the conversion

of RACE to punycode.  Both continue to exist in the database until

about April.  After a date certain, RACE coded domains will be

deleted but the owners will have resolvable punycode domains to protect

their interests.<br><br>

It is a separate matter that Netsol the registraR will delete the RACE

and punycode domains later in February if the registranTs do not transfer

to another registraR<br><br>
