In <i>Wine of the Month Club Inc v Calef</i>, a WIPO panel has held that

a US federal trademark registration for the word mark WINE OF THE MONTH

CLUB does not preclude another from using the domain name

'WineMonthClub.com'. The panel found that the registrant had not

registered the domain name in bad faith.
