The Second Shanghai Intermediate People's Court has dismissed an

application to set aside a decision made by the WIPO Arbitration and

Mediation Centre in 2002, which had ordered the transfer of

'philipscis.com' to Philips Corporation. The court affirmed that the

domain name was very similar to the PHILIPS trademark and would cause

confusion.
