resellers and that sometimes these resellers are unaware of the identify of the
Accredited Registrar receiving their registrations. Still further, it is
alleged that some resellers are acting as resellers for two or more Accredited
Registrars. <BR><BR>The persons drafting the Task Force recommendations
may well be directing their criticisms at practices which are not committed by
Accredited Registrars but rather at practices of some but not necessarily all
