<p class=MsoPlainText><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span style='font-size:
10.0pt'>Whereas, the Task Force has solicited comments from the GNSO
constituencies, including the Registrar Constituency ("RC"); <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span style='font-size:
10.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span style='font-size:
10.0pt'>Whereas, the RC has considered the Terms of Reference of the PDP at its
meeting in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Welling<st1:PersonName
w:st="on">to</st1:PersonName>n</st1:City>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">New
Zealand</st1:country-region></st1:place> and thereafter; and <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt'>Whereas, the RC representatives on the Task Force have distributed the

10.0pt'>Whereas, the constituency statement has received widespread support

10.0pt'>Therefore, be it is resolved that the Registrar Constituency adopts the
attached document labeled (PDP Feb06 Registrar Statement-4 17.pdf) as its
official position and instructs its representatives on the Task Force <st1:PersonName
w:st="on">to</st1:PersonName> advocate these positions <st1:PersonName w:st="on">to</st1:PersonName>
the best of their ability during the course of their work on the Task Force.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
