provision in the RC budget for a paid secretariat. This is consistent
with the activity of many of the other constituencies. We need someone to
manage our membership list, issue invoices, help out with the website, organize
meetings and calls, etc. I would expect about 5-10 hours of work per week
in the $250US per week range. Please let me know if you know of someone.
